Privacy Policy

1. Scope of Application & Basic Usage Rules

Swelthf is an account-free AI visual creation application designed to help users transform everyday photos into stylized artwork or short motion clips. You can open the App and use all core creative features immediately without account registration, login verification, identity binding, password setup, or any other identity-related steps. There is no mandatory personal information entry throughout the entire usage process. From the moment you launch the App to the moment you exit, we do not collect any form of user facial information, including facial feature data, facial recognition data, facial contour information, facial geometry measurements, or any other facial biometric sensitive data. This Privacy Policy applies to every functional scenario within Swelthf, including the Discover home experience, Studio creation for still images and motion videos, Vault browsing and management, result preview and export, content sharing, built-in policy viewing, content reporting, and all related auxiliary pages. Every user action, creative task, and locally generated work within the App is governed by the privacy protection rules described in this document.

2. Type and Purpose of Data We Process

To support the normal operation of Swelthf’s AI creative services and to deliver a smooth, predictable user experience, we only process the minimal data that is directly produced by your active creative actions. We never proactively collect sensitive personal biometric data of any kind. The data we process is limited to: reference images and short video materials that you voluntarily upload from your device album or capture through the in-app camera; English prompt text that you enter to refine style, mood, composition, and motion effects; creative parameter selections such as mood presets, aspect ratio options, and motion templates; and local metadata generated when your creations are saved to the Vault. In every step of data handling—upload, transmission for task execution, rendering, preview, saving, and reuse—we do not collect, record, analyze, or retain any user facial information. Facial biometric data is never involved in storage, computation, matching, profiling, or model training within the App. All processed data exists solely to complete the creative tasks you initiate, including image-to-image stylization, image-to-video motion generation, parameter adjustment, and local work organization. Such data is not used for advertising, user profiling, identity verification, or any purpose unrelated to your creative workflow.

3. Data Storage and Retention Rules

Swelthf adopts a local-first storage approach for user creative content and operational records. The artwork and motion clips you generate, together with the associated creative settings and Vault entries, are primarily stored on your own mobile device. The App does not automatically upload your personal creative library to remote servers without your explicit action such as sharing through your device’s system share sheet. Temporary files created during an active generation task—including intermediate processing buffers, preview caches, and short-lived task state—are cleared after the task completes and your result is saved or dismissed. Throughout all storage and retention activities, we do not obtain any user facial information, and there is no practice of storing or backing up facial biometric data in local caches, application databases, or remote storage spaces. Swelthf does not permanently retain operational logs tied to your identity because the App does not use accounts. You may delete individual Vault items at any time through the built-in work library, clear application cache through your device system settings, or uninstall the App to remove locally stored creative files. When you remove content or exit the App, associated temporary data is cleaned up according to normal application lifecycle behavior.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure Provisions

We follow a strict principle of no unauthorized data sharing. User data processed by Swelthf is not sold, rented, traded, or broadly disclosed to third-party organizations, service operators, or individuals. The App does not push your creative works, prompt history, or usage records to external social platforms on its own, nor does it grant third parties standing access to your personal creative library. In every data transmission and interaction link related to AI task execution, we do not involve the collection or disclosure of user facial information, and no third party can obtain facial biometric data through Swelthf’s service interfaces, functional authorizations, or data exchange channels. The only sharing behavior initiated by the App is the sharing action you personally choose through your device’s native sharing tools, and you fully control what content leaves the App through that channel. We design our architecture so that creative privacy remains centered on your device and your explicit choices, and we maintain zero collection of user facial information as a permanent baseline across all sharing-related scenarios.

5. User Independent Control Rights

You retain full independent control over your creative materials and locally stored works inside Swelthf. You may choose whether to upload a reference photo, whether to type or edit prompt text, whether to start a still-image or motion-video task, whether to save a result to the Vault, whether to preview or replay a creation, whether to export a file, and whether to share content outside the App. You can also manage device permissions at any time through system settings, including granting or revoking album access and camera access. The entire control process does not require facial data authorization, and you never need to provide facial scans, facial templates, or facial recognition permissions to use any feature in the App. We do not force broad device permissions, and declining permissions that are not essential to a specific action will not block your ability to explore non-dependent areas of the App. All permission requests are transparent and tied to clear creative purposes such as selecting a reference image or capturing a new photo. No hidden permission behavior exists, and no facial recognition, facial mapping, or biometric identification permissions are requested by Swelthf.

6. Background Task Processing and Data Protection

Swelthf supports background continuation of AI generation tasks so you can keep browsing Discover, review Vault items, adjust Studio settings, or read policy pages while a still-image or motion-video job is running. Background processing operates only on the reference media and creative parameters associated with the task you started. Calculation and rendering are limited to producing the visual result you requested. During background operation, we do not collect, monitor, extract, or analyze any user facial information, and the background task engine has no capability to identify, capture, store, or tag facial biometric data. When a background task finishes, the output is made available for preview and optional saving to the Vault, while temporary computation data is released to avoid unnecessary retention. If a task is cancelled or the App is closed, incomplete temporary data is not preserved as a permanent record of your activity. This processing model keeps your creative workflow efficient while maintaining a consistent privacy boundary that excludes all facial biometric information from every stage of task execution.

7. Built-in Platform Functions and Content Protection

Swelthf includes built-in platform functions that support a safe and orderly creative environment, including first-launch policy acknowledgment, in-app Privacy Policy and User Agreement viewing, and a content reporting flow for inappropriate creations or misuse of App features. The policy pages help you understand how the App handles data and how creative content should be used responsibly. The reporting function allows you to submit feedback on content that violates platform usage norms so that we can review and address valid reports according to our internal service standards. In the operation of all these platform functions, we do not collect any user facial information. Submitting a report, confirming policy acknowledgment, or opening a policy page does not trigger facial data collection, facial scanning, or biometric recording of any kind. Supervision and review activities focus on creative content and usage behavior rather than personal biometric attributes. Swelthf consistently maintains zero collection of user facial biometric data across every platform management feature described in this section.

8. Application Permission Usage Specifications

Swelthf requests only the basic device permissions needed to support core creative functions. Album access allows you to pick reference images from local storage for still-image and motion-video creation. Camera access allows you to capture a new photo in real time when you choose the shooting option in Studio. Internet access supports AI task submission, progress polling, and retrieval of generated results. Optional storage-related permission behavior on older Android versions may apply only when you export a creation to the device gallery, and such access is initiated in the context of a save action you request. All permissions are voluntary and can be refused or revoked through your device settings. Refusing a non-essential permission does not remove your ability to use unrelated App areas. We do not request permissions related to facial recognition, facial tracking, iris scanning, voice-print identity, or other biometric identification technologies. The App contains no module designed to extract facial information from photos or videos, and permission usage remains open, purpose-limited, and free of hidden data collection behavior.

9. AI Task Transmission and Processing Boundaries

When you start a creative task, Swelthf transmits only the task payload required to perform image-to-image or image-to-video generation, including your selected reference media, prompt text, and chosen creative parameters. This transmission exists to deliver the service you explicitly requested and is not used to build a personal identity profile. We do not attach account identifiers to these tasks because the App does not use accounts. We do not enrich transmitted data with facial biometric extracts, facial landmarks, or facial attribute labels, and we do not collect user facial information at any point before, during, or after network transmission. Returned results are provided for your preview and optional local saving. Swelthf does not treat generated output as platform-owned media; once delivered, you decide whether to keep, delete, export, or share it. Our processing boundary is deliberately narrow: support your creative intent, respect local ownership of finished works, and exclude facial biometric data from every technical pathway involved in AI generation.

10. Policy Updates and Continuous Privacy Protection

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements in Swelthf features, changes in data handling practices, or refinements to our service standards. When updates occur, the latest version will be published through the App’s built-in policy page so you can review the current text at any time. Updated content takes effect upon publication in the App. Regardless of future revisions, the core privacy commitment of Swelthf remains unchanged: we do not collect, store, process, or transmit user facial information in any form. Zero collection of facial biometric data is a permanent product principle, not a temporary configuration. We continue to optimize local storage practices, task lifecycle management, permission transparency, and background processing safeguards so that your creative activity remains private, understandable, and under your control. By using Swelthf, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the data handling practices described here.
